Treasury Yields Climb After Jobs Data

Government-bond yields rose Friday morning after fresh labor-market data for September showed little sign of a serious economic slowdown.

The 10-year Treasury yield climbed to 3.896%, from 3.823% on Thursday, according to Tradeweb. The two-year yield rose to 4.312%, from 4.247% a day earlier. Yields rise when bond prices fall.
